The mixer machine is one of the most conventional. It is non reversible but tilting drum type machine, easy to operate and move. The machine is available with or without hopper. In hopper we can add feature of vibration, for easy emptying of material of hopper at extra cost.
The mixer machine can be driven by suitable electric motor or diesel engine. Machine is mounted on strong robust and heavy M.S. Channel chassis. Hopper and Cone is made from 10 gauge sheet. Tilting drum is made of cast iron with moulded teeth driven by specially casted and well designed pinion and rested on yoke fabricated from M.S. pipe and flats. Well shaped loading hopper, fabricated from M.S. sheet, supported by solid shaft and channel for better and long life. Standard and tested break' liner and wire rope are used for better operation and safety. For ease of better operation all controls are grouped at one end of machine.
